Our approach
Built Around Your School
At most schools, discussion is mission-critical — and yet discussion skills are usually left to chance. We partner with schools to build those skills deliberately: shared language and classroom routines, with evidence of growth to show for it — built around your mission rather than bolted onto it.
Every engagement looks different, because every school is different. Some communities start with a single workshop or a Conversation Comeback summer read; others grow into multi-year partnerships with customized curriculum and impact assessment. Across 100+ schools and counting, we’ve learned that thoughtful capacity-building takes time — so we plan that arc with your leadership team from the start.
While the bulk of our work serves K-12 schools, founder Liza Garonzik leads a small number of engagements with companies and nonprofits each year. The world needs adults practicing these skills, too.
Tell us where your community is headed. A real person reads every note and replies within two business days, usually faster.
